I wasn't very interested in playing the game - only like portable Zelda games. But it's irritating in that a game which might have sold a few more Wii U consoles isn't coming out any time soon.

We may well get a hint about whatever Retro Studios is working on, but I wouldn't hold your breath to be honest.

if Retro could do a 3rd person Metroid shooter i would be so happy, i was never a fan of the fps they did as it lost a lot of the games personality. It would be good to get a bit of colour back into Metroid too, as prime was very brown and muddy looking. Rare seem to be Nintendo's Donkey Kong team as that what the wiiu needs more platformers.

I would hazard a bet and say stafox isn't seen again until nx, along with retro being shifted to either 3ds or nx development.

I pretty much agree, but I want to believe there's something more than game footage of a game revealed a year ago to headline this year's E3.
