I know someone who will dispute this (well, maybe given we're talking the console version here) but keep those expectations in check. Even if fixed up flawlessly, the game isn't anything special.
Tried CrossfireX last night too, not worth doing a First Play for as it barely qualifies as a game. It's more like a demo and a deeply broken one at that. It feels very far from finished, from the way it handles to the astoundingly broken MP set up. It's unbalanced to hell.

Crossfire X was crap though. Installed it. Played a few rounds the uninstalled it.

But yeah, expecting it to reach RTX levels of polish on a €500 AMD box is asking far too much of anyone really. It's practically the killer app for Tory voters, and will more than likely remain that way until the real next-gen patch (PS6).

Maybe MS is thinking that if Obsidian starts work on it now it'll stand a good chance of hitting market a couple of years before Elder Scrolls VI
Rewards Update - Reached the next GPU free month mark today, took a total of 15 days which is a new benchmark best. Gonna try one more time before I switch to tracking it more accurately in terms of how they're priced. Curious what the very fastest possible is without spending money.

What if... Microsoft are waiting on announcing their VR solution until... STEEL BATTALION : VR is ready!? With the proliferation of HOTAS systems around these days they won't even need a special controller. Let people use the pad if they want but support HOTAS systems as well. Steel battalion in VR. Why have I not thought of this before? Why has it not been made, or something similar? Or has it and I haven't heard about it?
