We need to stop praying for an F-Zero GX remake, at least on the Switch. That’s not happening without the analogue triggers required to navigate the courses beyond a novice level.
A HD F-Zero X remake is much more likely, but that game has already been ROM dumped on their “premium” ROMz service.
Or indeed, a new game entirely. It doesn’t have to be better than GX if that’s all they’re worried about. Something as good as X would also be fine, and actually suit a lot more people.Last edited by dataDave; 20-06-2023, 20:01.

The boy is off school today because he nearly lost an eye yesterday. So now every 20 minutes he’s asking me when the Direct is.
We’ve got popcorn, Pringles, sweeties and pop ready to go.
Hopes:
ARMS 2
F-Zero 99
Star Fox
Odyssey 2
Pikmin 4 demo
Metroid Prime 4 logo update
Sin & Punishment 3
Triangle Strategy 2
Wild Trax NX
Most likely:
New Pokémon
New Pokémon spin-off
Pokémon Tactics
New Yoshi
Splatoon 3 DLC
New Fire Emblem
New NSMB
New Squaresoft 2D-HD remaster (not the worst thing…)
New Super Paper Mario
Kirby and the Forgotten Land sequelLast edited by dataDave; 21-06-2023, 11:56.

I’d like something new from Nintendo to be honest, one of their left field projects that comes out of nowhere and is utterly bonkers, like Arms, but another genre.Last edited by fishbowlhead; 21-06-2023, 11:45.

Mostly keeping tabs for Jr1, bar the remaining MK8 DLC's there's nothing on the horizon he will want for the Switch come Xmas so hopefully Nintendo line up something decent post-Pikmin 4.
For Metroid Prime 4... if it doesn't appear by this time next year I'll likely end up anticipating its quiet cancellation
