It's down to the software even if you omit all of the fantastic nintendo output, the 3rd party indie support on switch is insane. Every week there's new games been released both physical & digital and it's tricky trying to keep track of what i might be interested in buying. The switch is packed with rhythm & shmup games along with all those odd ones i love to play, if the switch had more power it would have taken a larger chunk away from sony and microsoft as it's only weakness is some games are just too intensive for the switch to be able to run them.

I wonder how it's been for third parties compared to the Wii which feels like the last comparable time they had and shared a similar experience where some companies threw a lot behind it whilst others such as EA stayed largely away.
