If I was to borrow my son's Switch, what's the one Switch game you'd say I should play?

My most memorable AAA title of the Switch's library is probably going to go down as Xenoblade Chronicles 2, so, that.
I very rarely finish JRPGs, I usually fall out at some point and rarely come back. XBC2 gripped me from start to end. I actually took a day off to power through the last 10 hours.

QualityChimp I really loved the Link's Awakening remake. It's a shot for shot remake and the game itself is just so compact and fun to play. Pure umami. And the new graphical style that they developed is awesome.

If your son has Mario 3D World, that's a really fun game. Even if you don't want to play the full campaign, it's worth playing through Bowser's Fury, which is a separate compact 3D Mario game set in a bitesize open world. It only takes two or three hours to finish but it's a very enjoyable experience and stands out as a unique approach to a 3D Mario game.

Easily more fun than both Zeldas IMO. Absolute fun from start to end and pretty much the embodiment of the platform as far as I'm concerned.

Cheers chaps.
I've done Odyssey and loved it, but not found all the shine gets (or whatever) as it felt like a bit of padding, but did a chunk of the fun ones.
Loved how you could play co-op as Cappy.
We have a couple of 2.5D Marios, including Bowser's Fury and one where Mario dresses like a cat.
Think I might play through one of them.
We have at least one Zelda (on top of Link's Awakening), which I keep meaning to play.

It's had loads of sequels but little in the form of remakes or remasters or re-releases, bar the usual par-for-course compilation/Arcade Archives stuff.
This is a strategy game - a first for the IP unless you know something we don't?
