Year looks like the Eyes move around, not sure if they actually react to the areas your touching, that would be so cool.

All seriousness I think they are, they don’t move around or react real time to pad presses etc it seems as a few articles have now clarified. I do think they blink and have other expressions.

It's how they'll win over those burtal enough to not be entirely enraptured by the series. The eyes can move but they won't because it's staring directly into your soul

Imagine they hooked up the eyes to on-screen action. Amazement of your skills coz you didnt die during a tricky section = shaking wide eyes. Eyes close and quake when you die. Eyes look left/right when secret item near. etc. But it won't the eyes are drawn on in crayon in person by PS4/5 architect, Mark Crayola.
