Hey, strider, just unzip 3GP, run from the directory. Select English, Select
Mp4 PSP or Mp4 Direct (straight to PSP after encode). After choose from
the drop menu. The type of encoding you want. then drag and drop a video
file (vob, mpeg, avi etc..). Should be set. If you need to edit, for more
control over the output. Then edit the transcoding.ini file in the 3GP
                directory...

                Hope this helps..

Hi plaver, got my memory stick yesterday. Yeah, really cool watching
anime, on the go. After a couple of tests. Seems that 450kbs/sec with
32/64 sound plus, a sound boost, perfect..

The other extras are pretty, handy, like being able to view, pics.
Especially, that txt2jpeg, for books is real handy. The music is great.
Gonna try some playlists with pics soon. Plus, i can actually save in
                ridge racer now...!

How do you get album pics to showup when playing MP3s? Do you just the picture in with the MP3s in the music folder?

Doing well, squeezing all that in, eh. Did the simpsons come in
at around 80/85mbs ? I encoded some Ghost in the Shell episodes
from my US discs, came in at around that. At 368x208. Did you so
                        the simpsons at 320x240 (4:3).

I also, encoded some Blackadder episodes. Looking for sommething
that's not toon-based. I noticed that i had to dim the picture a bit,
when encoding. With the screen being so nice and bright.

                        Overall really cool..

The simpson files were infact 88Mbs each, from just over 1gig NTSC US DVD version 5.

I used 368x208/29.7Fps/768kbps Stereo/128kbps, Vol setting at 360. I then used image convertor 2 to transfer the files at max video setting 768kps. There was no change from the orginal file size. Picture qty & Sound were excellent.

                              of mp3s .....?

Just downloaded it and tried, works great ! Well the windows version.
I'm sure the mac version is same, if not better. Actually it was easier
to use than media-tagger. Also, noticed that the PSP accepts the
embeded pics at 32x32, 64x64 or 120x120. Hope this helps...

                                Good luck..
