I tried S-video with the cube on my Sharp, and Res 4 looked awful. Just showed up all the imperfections you would never notice on a normal TV. At firist i thought something was wrong with the TV, but my freeview box using RGB is crisp and clear (well as good as you can get with freeview anyway) Im now in the market for some cube component leads so i can play the game again.

I dunno about games, never tried those. Plus Resi 4 is infamous for being not so 'hot' on LCDs. I was talking more about the DVD playback of the Q (or perhaps how bad the PS2 playback is?)

It could be my S-video lead has had it anyway. I have been using it since the N64 days

I had a chance of picking up a Panasonic Q a while back, and passed on it (what a plonker)

LCD owners should consider wall-mounting. I put my Samsung on a sub ?30 mount with all connections and power bunched in to a single vertical cable tidy and it looks the business.

Nice find - what about ghosting though with that response time?

indeed, I find my 10ms monitor fine although there is a big difference between this and that. Maybe worth a shot to see if its any good, if not just flog it on ebay

Even the cheap 20 quid 2.1 speakers they sell down Asda are better than the speakers on most TV's. They plug into the headphones port on most sets fine too.

hi i have a nice 28 widscreen trinitron tv which is great for normal tv and gaming but i would like to get a cheap hd tv for my 360 next week ive seen this on ebay

here are some of the specs from the link

LCD Panel Size - 17" LCD TV
                                Pixel Pitch - 0.288mm x 0.288mm
