I can confirm that the version of Freeloader Datel are currently selling on their european site works on the PAL Wii. It just turned up today and I've been tearing through a few of my favourite US Cube games - excellent stuff!

Datel have put a bit of card in the Freeloader box recommending that when used on the Wii you should make sure that the Wii is on the disc channel before inserting the disc. Actually I've found this doesn't work, and it's best to insert the disc when the Wii is on the channels screen AND THEN click on the disc channel once the Gamecube logo appears and then 'Start". Works fine then.

Is this version you bought : http://us.codejunkies.com/shop/produ...l=1&ProdID=142

I don't want to spend ?10 on it if it's not right.

      Thanks in advance.

Hmmmz, is this still the most active/recent topic on this matter? If I recall correctly, with the coming of Super Smash Brothers Brawl (and not sure anymore if it was the game update or a Wii firmware update from around that time) the Freeloader got blocked again. Datel's website now even states it doesn't work after firmware 3.3:
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control Wii Freeloader is not compatible with Wii firmware 3.3 and higher (released as an online update 17/06/2008).

You can continue to use Wii Freeloader perfectly with any Wii console running firmware 3.2 and below.
It doesn't say anything about the Action Replay, but that one doesn't work for me anymore either. Anyone else can confirm this?

You'll need to install the homebrew channel and use cheat codes in GeckoOS instead I believe.

Are that Action Replay code cheats, or something entirely different??
