Please dont tell me thats a PC next to the telly, a cross bred hyrid between a Jumbo jet, a Ferrari and as 112 aptly put it.....a hoover.

    R.I.P boring beige boxes.

    (Nice LCD though)

Bloody awful webcam pic, but here's my gear

FYI, Kameo and Perfect Dark Zero are actually sitting on top of the power brick. Decided not to put the power brick on the carpet.

Soon to include PGR3 and RR6!

                Nice one! How's Quake 4?

Fun. There is a strange case of momentary hitching marring the otherwise smooth framerate, mostly on the cutscenes really. Looks the same as the PC game to my unexperienced eyes.
Can't find any option for offline botmatches though, which I always enjoyed in Quake 3.

Framerate started to drop online mind you.

Did come with Quake 2 mind, sporting 4-player split-screen multiplayer!

On another note, the remote control rocks. No need to get up or fiddle with menu's to change music track, turn machine on, eject the disc etc.... if only there was some way to make games put themselves back in the boxes to avoid getting up at all!

First person to have their 360 horiontal! Mines vertical for space reasons - had to clear out some stuff to make room for the 360 as it is!

Was also convinced by someone that it helps heat dispersion.

Aye, I haven't got the room to have it vertical, besides, I prefer it horizontal, seems to be fine so far!

Some of these setups are nice. Keep em coming

And Jake, I thought having it horizontal was meant to help heat dispaersion, and not the other way around?

That a Joytech AV Control Center there btw? What's that DVD Player? (Questions!)

Too many consoles set up now... PS2, GC, XBox, DC and now 360, alongside all my other AV gear like DVD Player, TV, speakers, PC screen... no way I could fit the 360 horizonal anyway. Made a special effort with the 360 to give a rather large footprint so it had lots of breathing space for heat etc... paranoid bout that, my room is tiny and hot.

That PDZ in my pic is actually a UK PAL LE pack, with an Italian sleeve o.o Someone messed up there... I could send it back, but that's too much hassle.

themanwithapc - I used to be a strong advocate of using the PS2 horizontal, as using laser machines vertical seemed an odd thing to do for me... but someone managed to convince me that more open space and sides gives more area for heat to disperse. The same theory was used when people tied their 360 PSU's by string to stop them getting roasty.
**** knows if it's true, I can only have it vertical anyway.

Yep, it's a Joytech AV Centre mate, with a few wires added on so I can run component signals through it.

The DVD player is a Denon 500SD.
