I would just like to say F*CK a lot at this point as it appears we have maintenance, guess I'll actually be nothing tonight then.

Tell you what I'll stop complaining if its a reversion of the dumbass MPK patch or a deletion of seller accounts.

This is precisely why I'm getting sick of this game.

Well the night was a stunning succes thanks to a certain Galka. Started badly with maintenance eating most of my play time then I went to start the Blue Ribon Blues quest, then the Sorcery of the North Quest. After that up to Pso'Xja to get my chip, killed myself in seconds dropping down a floor 3k xp gone.

At this point I thought the night was screwed but I though hey try again, so I went back and discovered NPCs don't work in Pso'Xja so there went my NPC levelling, despair set in. I got to the diremites and another camper was there claiming. At this point I nearly gave up then...

I calimed a pop and my chip dropped first pop, I changed towers to go after a key but found the cryptonberries EP. Thought I'dde but tried anyway then suddenly the Galka appeared and off we went. About 2 or 3 kills in the key drop then would you beleive we found the chest, on map got.

Crap night to ace night in les then 30 mins and a big thanks to tobal!

Roight time for sleep, see you all tomorrow.

A little progress update.

Spoke with Nyoneme last night for a good while (I didn?t know POL Viewer had a chat room facility built into it

). It is almost certain that if me, Apathye & Moot get through Distant Beliefs fairly quickly we can join Nyo and her friend to progress through CoP. Whilst this is ongoing I will be farming (hopefully) in order to purchase the Nokizaru Hakama for the level 50 cap missions.

This means that I also want to get some Subligar hunting sorted in order to obtain my Nokizaru Gi. There?s also other stuff in there for people to do including (I believe) a quest for the map and Gobbiebag 6 items (personally I?d like them all but in order of priority it goes Subligar > GB6 > Map).

Any interest?

For me I'd say I need,

Map quest
Some lumber or other dropped by the Taurus mobs for a quest I'm on
Subligar if one shows up though I'm not to fussed

The lumber I would say othes will want as well, ask me if you're interested in knowing what its for.

If you want as well rare we could do the CoP 2-3 while we're there its really nowhere near as hard as people say, a good party would take it an alliance is over kill and usually results in deaths from idiots.

When is the best time for this for everyone?

Tonight and Thursday I?m hoping to get on with some farming (for the first time ages), tomorrow football is on and Friday I know Apathye is working (I think he?ll want to come for THF JSE). Saturday lunchtime(ish) is when we are hoping to kill the minotaur so personally I think Saturday afternoon/evening or Sunday.

EDIT: I've asked Apa to take the lead on 2-3. I know he?s asked Mosley as party healer (who has agreed), and Tobal as DD and Wedge for support (if he can be convinced to go on his BRD again). I think that should be plenty.

Indeed - we will likely need to progress behond the NM for many of the Fomor's, and certainly the RDM one(s).

Saturday evening would be best for me then. Should be good for an 8.30 start at the zone.

I might enjoy that as well, every subligar run I've signed up for so far has been a total abortion. I'll hang around at the time, will join if you're not limiting numbers to a single party.

I?ve had 2 attempts so far going into their with a single party both have which failed miserably so I?m definitely thinking safety in numbers for this. If we have a decent sized alliance we may also have some luck with some of the NMs in there.

I think I?ll work on getting my thief close to 40 from 37, so I can use it in there.

I've done this 4 times and so far no deaths. Like the Spire runs, I think sucessfully negotiating the zone is down to quality players working and moving together (with the True Sight mobs and especially the lethal Slime mobs). I have no doubt that the LS can do this just fine.

There are however a couple of areas (after the NM) where you really need more than a single party due to the mob location / strength.

Also, as many of the Fomors are partied in groups of 2-3 then a single party will struggle to contend with this.
