That sounds like a good plan. Start time 11pm? at the BC?

Is the bowyer 40 cap, thats going to be hell on gear, I won't be able to carry CoP meds and 40 cap and 60 cap gear in one visit. Amount of stuff I carry for these is huge, I would need to zone out and mule to do both.

Bowyer defo makes sense to do second then I can bring in the gold key and do that at the same time, otherwise going to need 3 trips instead of 2.

I should be finished with Yhoator come friday night and then on to Garlaige for both jobs to 37 by monday hopefully.

Then I need to do some quests as I've yet to even set foot in Sandy. I wouldn't mind doing the drain quest as I could sell that spell for loads (I'll buy it if I ever take up DRK or whatever... unlikely)

I may even be up for doing my missions this weekend so I could need some help with the Dragon for my rank 3... and then possibly an escort up through Delkfutt's Tower for rank 4.

I really do want my missions to be a challenge, it feels a little too unjustified getting extreme high-lvl help for things such as rank and AF. I'm stuck at morals with this... I can either search for a party for missions which would take me days or just piss through everything with you lot.

The best thing about being on Hydra was that there was no high-lvl help unless you asked around for days - at the time it was a pain, but in hindsight it was so satisfying gathering all sorts of different help over the course of a few days and then bagging a mission. Our old LS was dedicated to lvl'ing together so that we could accomplish the ranks. You HAD to make it to lvl.40 by friday or else you were out of the mission sort of thing... I liked that.

The only reason I'm thinking about the SMN job is because it involves the summon battles where it's just you and you alone. I really do appreciate the time offered from you guys to help me out although a part of me wishes it was like the good old days of Hydra.... and then I hear stories of gilsellers wrecking markets and stuff and it puts me off even more.

I'm going to waste millions in synthing over the months as everything I make I'll be selling at a loss or just throwing away totally.

I'm up for some BCNM30 this weekend as either WHM or BLM. I have around 70 Beastmen seals so I need another 20 or so from another 5lvls of BLM and 2 lvls of WHM on my run up to lvl.32 both jobs. That's if we're doing 1 each for each member involved and then splitting the winnings.

What's the best BCNM30 involving 3 ppl? Preferably one that caters for WHM/BLM.

What are we looking at after splits? a quick couple of mil? That sort of gil really would see me through to lvl.75 both jobs as I'm not that fussy when it comes to the ludicrous +1 prices. No way am I paying up to 2mil for +1 INT... I'm not that arsed about stat maxing/pimping tbh... Comfortable gear and I'm sorted.

It may be worth investing all the money on synthing... I want to be able to step-up my copper ingot production to something where I'm making 60k profit a stack from synths of any kind as opposed to the 13-16k I make from the copper. If I can emulate the earnings from my seed farming over to a synth of some sort I'll be happy as synthing 2x stacks for 80-100k profit over 20mins is way better than farming 1x stack of grain over an hour for what was 60k and is now 40k profit.

Oh yeah, I heard they are adding all sorts of new seeds for the Choco raising update as you'll be able to grow Choco feed - I imagine the market for that stuff is gonna be huge initially, better steam in before it becomes saturated after the initial 2hrs. lol

I wouldn't mind some extra gil myself as I've decided to start working on my BLU as yet another side to BLM and I don't think the 60k I currently have is going to get me too far.

Don't think many of the people who post here have done BCNM30s, the only one for definite is Tsingtao, but the battle he does is very strict in terms of job and skills - whm & blm are not suitable basically.

The same is true of the BCNM20s we typically do unfortunately - crustacean conundrum needs NIN/WAR & RDM/NIN, charming trio needed SMN & WAR, shooting fish needed SMN, wings of fury needs BST... of course there's probably lots of strategies that can work but if you're looking for a dead cert win, those are the jobs.

The best ones for varied jobs are the 6 man fights - I've never done any of those below level 40. Someone will have though.

I think its safe to say that even with the most modest gear a couple of mil G is in no way going to get both jobs to Lv75.

Nope... when you get above level 50 (with BLM) you're gonna need several million in the bank just to be able to afford your scrolls. I've been too scared to check what I need for Water IV but I believe it's in the region of 800K.. I've still never bought Quake or Stonega II and I'm nearly 20 levels beyond those spells! Sleepga II is currently over 2 million on it's own - I very nearly chose to sell mine rather than use it, cos it's just ridiculously priced.

There is room outside he cookie cutter BCNM setups but they all involve using all 3 2hrs abilities to turn the tide of a match. Rare and I, along with free help from wedge on his bst did BCNM30 lizards as War/mnk, War/mnk, Bst/whm, but we needed our 2hr?s to ensure victory which required 2hour break between fights the 2 BCnm we did.
