I love Blast Corps. Obviously it never sold very well but I'd love to see a new game. Hell, even an HD remaster of the original on XBLA would stoke my fire!

Doesn't all Ninty sealed stuff have that golden lettered Nintendo pull tab that kinda unwraps the foil, like on Digestives?

In all my experience of buying sealed Nintendo stuff (which isn't exhaustive), I've never seen plain old shrink wrapping.

However, Blast Corps is a bloody beautiful game! I got given an N64 recently, and the only thing I bought was Jap Blast Dozer.
