That Steel Empire cover looks amazing. I never really enjoyed the game though for some reason. If I had the money I'd fill my house with Japanese Mega Drive games just for the box art.

Package got here from Japan today, nice boost to the start of the collection.

Couple of package fillers in there too that were only a couple of pounds each. The amiga talk on here recently made me want speedball 2, never played the MD version, it'll be interesting to see how it matches up. The bare knuckle trio and rocket knight are obviously the main purchases though!

Everytime I see a street of rage III reference I get annoyed at how they punch sound effects were weak compared to 2!

Yeah Rolling Thunder is still ace after all these years, shame Namco seem to have forgotten about the series since RT3

Yeah thats the main reason I bought it, was my favourite pad on the MS. That version was made by Hori as well, was rebranded as the SG in Europe.

Mine came from Genki too mate. I think it might have had the sticker sheet, can't remember!

It had a few stickers with the logo, characters etc but comes with a label sticker for the top of the cartridge, thought that was a bit odd, don't know why Namco didn't just put it on themselves.

Always wondered why Namco and Sunsoft put their covers on arse about face as well.

Yeah, all the Namcot games I had came with them. I wasn't sure if it was just something you got with the hard case games though.

One of my favourite series Brent...tbh 1 and 2 are class acts that would be hard to compete with,modern gaming just ain't me

Hehe good info, apparently those SG pads are pretty rare. I still have mine though
