Pleasantly surprised so far. D-pad is great, buttons are nice and responsive and the machine is comfortable to use, despite the large size.

That looks brilliant, how's the screen?

It's a bit washed-out, but mercifully blur-free. When you consider how little this thing must cost to make, the screen is better than I was expecting. These things usually have terrible displays.

I'm really impressed, I have to admit. The fact that it doubles as a fully-functional console that you can connect to your telly is a real bonus.

Have the manufacturers fixed the annoying whine it emits from the internal speakers?

There's a very slight whine from the speakers when you power up the machine, but once the game is running I can't hear anything.

How is the sound emulation on the SupaBoy? I take t that it's just another SFC on a chip meaning piss poor sound emulation like all systems on a chip. If they have fixed this I'd be well interested in buying one.

I've tested a few games and the sound seems fine. Better than on other Famiclones I've used. Speakers are just a bit weak, tis all
