    The postman also came today.

I've been re-watching one of the first Animes I bought in my younger days, I've also been reading the Manga. So it was inevitable that I should end up with these. I already have the Saturn game in my collection.

Now if only my Mega CD hadn't buggered up today I would have had a good few hours on the Mega CD version, might still do if only under emulation.

^ I've been oogling those myself, but are they playable without knowledge of Japanese?

The Mega CD one should be as it is a walk about, talk and battle type RPG. It also starts at the begining of the first OVA and looks like it will follow the plot line with some deivation.

The PCE verison is more an interactive comic and starts events at a much later timeline. Your not Yakumo either although he is lurking in the shadows at the moment.

Both games have really great cut scenes from what I have seen of them so far, it's this that really sealed me getting both titles to be honest.

I'll see if I can link some Youtube footage.

        PC Engine 3 x 3 Eyes - Sanjiyan Hensei

Can't find any Mega CD video which a shame because the opening is really well done, matching the OVA perfectly. : )

Huge fan of 3x3 eyes myself, remember catching it at 4am in the morning on ch4. Shame it never really ended, isn't the manga still ongoing? I always wondered why it never really got a proper series.

Looks great - thanks for looking up the footage, I'm really tempted now. Slightly puzzled by this, though : what did you mean?

Yakumo is a main character in 3x3 Eyes.

I've only played a very short way into the story so far, will have a proper crack it tomorrow hopefully.

You start out as Kenichi Yamamoto who is the high school student you see on the train who had the brief encounter with Pai. I expect that their will be character swapping at some point but the web seems to be short of any real information on this title.

So far Yakumo has been seen in the background a couple of scenes now, he appears to be observing Kenichi and others but has yet to make any proper contact or make his presence known.

Just to point out that I'm not named Yakumo after 3x3 Eyes yakumo. Although that is a great anime until it started to get really odd near the end. (But don't they always?)

The only version that seems to be worth anything is the Mega-CD one.

I got San San for Sega Mega Drive and Uchiiwai: Kyoudai Kamiwaza no Puzzle Game for Game Boy. I got a Castlevania pre-order mouse mat and alternate Jacket for PSP Castlevania too.

Hmm interesting that gameboy game has a not for sale mark on the box. Wonder if it was a prize or something?

Just won this to complement the PC-Engine 3x3 Eyes game. I'm looking forward to seeing it's contents.
