    Love the local goodwill sometimes

A nice MD with some games and a magic drive of all things! 5? - No haggling needed lol.

Can anyone tell me what V/A the PSU is supposed to be for the DD?
    It wasn't included........cheap bastards.....

You lucky bastard!!!! The SFC Magicoms of the same time used a Mega Drive 1 PSU for the disc drive. I guess this will be the same but make sure first. Actually if you open up the drive it should be stamped on the the PCB what power is needed.

Thanx Yaku, i do have some spare MD1 PSU's so that would be great.
However....Better just pop the top to be sure.....(getting crowbar)....

Got the same unit Max and IIRC you can use the standard 9V Megadrive PSU in the Super Magic Drive.

Get Ucon64 set up to beam games over instead of using floppies, much easier

lol sorry, did he send it to you in a silly jiffy though? I was so angered when I got it this morning, put it in a box damnit!!!

Yeah he did. Unimpressed with that, as GBA games can be flat packed which isn't difficult!

Did somebody mention putting Nintendo boxes in a book press to somewhat return them to their former glory? Care to elaborate? Whoever it was? All the N64 games I've received so far have come in jiffy bags, not boxes

Yeah, that was me. It basically flattens things out a bit. Obviously you can't return creases to their original flatness, but you can make the box stand up a bit better.

My mum (and I too, to a much lesser extent) have made books by hand, so we have a press in the house.

I've started asking sellers to send in boxes before paying them since my last jiffy bag. They've all agreed so far!

For no extra cost? Maybe I should start asking them. There's nothing to lose, after all.

Well I've offered to cover the cost in a few cases, but only one out of about six has actually taken me up on my offer (50p).

Thanx Adam, don't really se any use for it though other than keeping it as a novelty since i already have most of the MD games on carts.
                                Nothing beats the real thing!
