My latest arrival from Japan, it a Sharp X1 Twin, which is a Sharp X1 / PC Engine hybrid:







The X1 and PC Engine parts both operate completely independantly of each other, like the Sega Teradrive, meaning both are on at the same time and you select what you want with a switch. Unfortunately even though there is an RGB video output it only works for the X1, so the best you can get for the PC Engine is composite. Still pretty cool though.

Picked up a few bits over the last week.

The three PS1 games were 99pence each. Colony Wars I have wanted to play for a bit, Firestorm has aged but has amazing music and All Star Soccer is all about the comedy commentary.

Yoshi and the two Iridion games cost me a tenner. Castlevania was a little overpriced as it is a bit tatty at ?25. Zelda was a lovely fiver and the two other GCN games and GB games were PS2 swaps.

Yeah I am looking forward to starting it. I have the US version but my console is packed away so I wanted the pal version to play on the Wii.

The Colony Wars games are fun, but I always thought the third one (Red Sun) was by far the best one.

Anyone know if klonoa beach volleyball on pal PS1 is worth anything? Picked it up mint in a charity shop today for ?1.99. Quite chuffed as never even seen it sold before, I love coming across those little gems
