I take my hat off to you mate ... you never do it by halves

Garou MOTW is on my list of wants, but I can't see you parting with your fave Neo title. Not for now anyway

Enjoy it mate, lovely collection and the perfect TV for it too (a quick scoot around the net should sort you out with the service menu code. For mine it's (in standby mode: i, 5, vol+, tv). Make a note of the defaults before you change anything.
It wasn't really intended as a purchase to be honest. I was trying to sort a deal out for Neoboy259 with a German guy who'd bought loads of stuff from me. When he couldn't afford it I thought "f**k it, i'll have it!". I've tried loads of emulation routes recently for MOTW, and the only honest answer is that it has to be MVS or AES if you want it perfect. There was no way I was buying another cab, so this was the answer in my mad way. It wouldn't be so bad, but I only sold Chojin my mint AES a couple of months back.................

That access code is right, but it won't let me adjust the screen. A little reading is saying that it would need a UK console connected to shift it about, which I don't have, so may need to try and borrow something.

So just did a few hours at work to ease my guilt, and i've just went from having 10 Vita games to having 3! (Chopped them in at CEX and made ?50 profit) So er, yeah, that'll help.

Kind of feel bad as a few months back i binned one of those exact same tvs you could have had it for nothing, thought nobody would want something like that.

I won't be keeping all of it, so i'll add the final damage to my yearly spend after I clear the unwanted bits out.

No, seriously. Was probably about five minutes from your house.

Dvdx2, it was a decent amount.

Every time I think about starting an AES collection I relent and tell myself it's a rich man's game... and then pictures like that come along! Very impressive.

I'm no rich man and my collection stands at the system and one game!... It hasn't put me off at all, I have a handful of games I want, ok a few of which are a few hundred quid a pop, but I have gotten more satisfaction from saving for this system.. unlike say my snes/md/pc-engine where games come and go quite easily... go for it Decider-VT you wont regret it!

Going to sound like the odd man out here.......but, the main reason I ditched the AES (which I purchased on release for ?600 + ?200 each for 'Nam and Mag-Lord - SuperVision Computers Nottingham,) was that the games, up until the release of SLUG were very mediocre, including the fighting games. This was bought home to me when after purchasing CyberLip, the release of Contra Spirits for snes pi$$ed all over it and cost a 5th, I opted out for the CD versions until SNK pulled down the shutters.
No regrets at all, except for Blazing Stars no CD release.

p.s Still have an AES+FFSpec. that has gone unloved (never switched on since I did someone a favour for it)

I totally understand fella, as a teenager the Neo Geo was never going to be sat under the tv in my bedroom, there was no way I/my parents would have been able to afford it... Until recently I had no experience of the Neo system nor its games, I knew of them that was all.. I've researched lots of the titles, read reviews, watched youtube videos and some of the games do look complete garbage, which is why as I said earlier, I only have literally a handful of wants. Hell of a lot of money to spend to be disappointed, thankfully I was the total opposite when I got my AES and Garou MOTW, totally blown away!

Don't want to get a nark about the Neo Geo library, bit IMO the earlier games are the most interesting, when it got to the point when KOF came out every year things were quite boring, though I must agree that the highest quality games were from the era of Slug 1 - 3.....though the like of Burning Fight, Baseball Stars, 2020, Thrash Rally, Last Resort etc are amazing.
