I played the first one today with japanese voices (of course) and English text. Quite interesting for Educational software. I'll give volume 2 a spin tomorrow.

Sorry for your experience ... I could have told you that it was going to be a real let-down. What I don't understand is how they managed to use up a whole ROM cart to go with the game, and still make it virtually unplayable and have utterly diabolical graphics. I played it a total of once. It was like pressing drawing pins into my own eyes ...

Almost - and I say almost - as bad as Dragon Ball Z Legends. Man, that was a bad game.

where did you get your recent e reader cards for Smb and F zero falcon?

                Was it ebay.

                thanks in advance mate
I picked up my sealed boxes of e-cards via a friend from yahoo auctions japan. I have rarely ever seen japanese e-cards on ebay, nowdays they are getting a bitch to find. Im trying to get as many of them as i can before supplies dry up.

They set me back about ?15 per box, if your really desparate to get hold of some you could always try a yahoo proxy bidding service like rinkya.

On another note these turned up at my mates the other day Woohoo (finally mine at last). A set of 5 special mario vs donkey kong e-cards given away in a competition run in last augusts coro coro comic. Very rare to at only 1000 sets made. Hidden away in every japanese copy of Mario vs Dk is a secret e-reader option. If you scan the cards in it gives you 5 totally new & exclusive levels.

To find the e-reader stuff on yahoo either search for カードe or カードe+ that should find the most on there.

Hi - am new to forum, but still picked up some class over the weekend. The legendary Burseldon Boot Sale in Southampton, where there are more stolen goods on offer than a Police auction - got the following stash:

                      Turrican (MD)
F Zero (SNES, but boxed with instructions and v.nice condition)
Earthworm Jim 2 (SNES, cart only)
Strider (MD, again, good nick, box, etc)
Forgotten Worlds (MD - dodgy Capcom shooter, but reasonably rare - boxed)
Point Blank 2 (PS1, box set with G Con Gun)
                      Micro Machines 2 (SNES, cart)
Super Empire Strikes Back (SNES cart)
Gradius 2 (NES - BOXED! Well chuffed with that)

They all work, which I was particularly pleased with. I remember that I was over the moon with the Point Blank box, especially as the old dear who was selling it charged me just a fiver.

I only had twenty five quid in my wallet, and I managed to get all of that, plus a copy of Tekken 3 for my nipper, and a Barbra Streisand CD for the wife, and I STILL had enough on me to get sunday papers on the way home.

Last week at a shop near me I also picked up Terranigma on the SNES for just ?2.00 - haven't stopped playing it since. Also got Fatal Fury Special and Samurai Shodown for the SNES on ebay recently - however they haven't arrived yet.

I know - was in a shop I frequent quite regularly in Southampton - the usual guy who works there knows his stuff - but on this particular day there was a disinterested bloke covering. I asked him how much it was - and he said two quid - who was I to argue? Feel bad for the normal guy who works there, but happy that I now own one of the most underrated RPGs on the SNES.

Just bought Eliminate Down for about ?69 before shipping. Silly impulse buy really but I've played it on an MD emu and like the game.

I once had a boxed copy of Terranigma which I got off a market stall years ago for a tenner - I ended up selling it for not much more than that, something I really regret now.

                                Yeah, I was watching that one ... umming and ahh-ing. You've saved me ?80 or so (?69 + ?4.50 postage, + 3.5% Paypal fee ...)

Plus I am actually trying to clear out most of my collection .. I shouldn't really be buying any more stuff at the moment. Especially since I have to be looking for a new job as of the end of April.

What is that other MD game he has up? 'Metal Fang' .. I've never heard of it before!
