I assume he means the 'execute' button down in the bunker that Jack was about to push until Locke stopped him.

Also a few other things. In the flashback with Jack and his future wife in hospital the guy in the SUV who she killed is thought to be the father of Shannon. (same surname)

And in the bunker the montage on the wall has '108' in the middle. Add the numbers up and you get 108.

When you see Desmond get the drugs from the cabinet to inject himself, if you freeze frame it, it says "CR 4-815162342" on the drugs. The same number that was on the outside of the Bunker and that Hurley played on the lottery. 4 8 15 16 23 42

I've just finished Season 1 - Throughly enjoyable, but

the ending! what a jip! I think it's totally unfair to string viewers on for 6 months of their lives only to say - TO BE CONTINUED MOFO. At least with 24, you have a beginning, middle and end, but also continuing threads - what the producers of Lost have done is a con. We have pretty much found out **** all what's happening to the stranded. However, this has not stopped me sneaking a peak at Ep1 Season 2, which was, pretty decent.

What did you expect? Them to shoot their load and tell you everything? The whole concept of the show is a tease. My girlfriend actually screamed at the end of S02E01 because of the cliffhanger (plus she'd got used to being able to simply watch the next one on dvd).

My wife and I were pretty similar. It was incredibly frustrating waiting all that time (but it was only about 2 months I think) for season 2 to have ANOTHER cliff hanger. I felt with Season 1 it wasn't too cliffhanger-esque until the end and I expected that to be honest. We were used to waiting as we watched it as it aired in the US, but still.

I dunno, I think (already) from what I've seen of season 2 they might do the smart thing and not go on for about 8 seasons.

Had the DVD set for Season 1 arrive on Thursday. I started watching on Friday afternoon and finished Saturday night about 9.00!! Must say the eight episodes I had already seen were a bit of a struggle at times. The last episode of the season being double lenght threw me a bit as I had seen 40 minutes of it and wondered how they were going to come to an end in a couple of minutes.

Sunday I watched the 3+ hours of ducumentary material on Disk 7. All I can say now is roll on Season 2 on DVD (R1 obviously... I think I'll have to wait a while for that somehow). Not having Broadband can be a pain at times!

TV and Satellite Week had some spoilers which I assumed referred to Season 1. Reading ine I found that was not the case. At least it was an event that I was not too surprised about. Needless to say I didn't bother to read any further.

It is a total tease

The worst thing about Lost is when they have a cracker of an episode but dont actualy follow it up in the next one. Just how we wont be able to see the conclusion of S02E01 untill S02E03!

the show is about teasers and people love and hate em, i love the suspense but i hate the wait...but i wont complain about it, its what makes great tv so great

I got the usa dvd set.Like i said before i think its a lot better value than most series you get.Not just for the amount of episodes you get for your money ($40 for a series is pretty good i think .particluary when you have 24 episodes each episode being quite long).You also get a bonus disk and various other extras.

The 24th episode is double length. Disk 7 has over 3 hours worth of stuff and there are some commentaries as well. Excellent value for money.
