Tonights episode is probably the best one so far, the Smokey & the Bandit references including the outtakes during the credits were great.

Jason Lee would be a pretty good replacement for Burt Renolds if they ever did a Smokey & the Bandit remake.

just got the Season 1 dvd set and there is a lost pilot on it where Earl gets revenge on everybody on his list instead

In the hospital instead of watching a show about Karma he turns over the TV and watches Family Guy and Stewie mentions that revenge is the best thing to do

quite a funny twist on the whole first episode
