Also agree with you regarding the quality of the X2 transfer - I think it's fantastic. Having worked my way through two blu-ray trilogies last week - XMen and Bourne - I'd say X2 and Bourne Ultimatum are reference material...stunning pictures on both.

Watched a couple of guilty pleasures today. 2 Fast 2 Furious and Tokyo Drift. Both looked really good. HD suits Decon Aoki

Picked up Sin City yesterday and that looks incredible!!!

The picture is worse? How? Why not just use the same encode as the first BR release?

Has it got something to do with having both versions of the film on 1 disc?

No they boosted the contrast and re-encoded from the same master adding DNR,
A new master is needed really

I'm no expert, but the top capture looks rubbish to me. No detail in his face.
And isn't Super 35 supposed to be grainy? I always remember T2 being that way...

Logitech has finally released one of the accessories most requested by owners of PS3 consoles and Logitech Harmony universal remotes: an infrared-to-Bluetooth adapter with which to operate the PS3 with a Harmony remote. Suggested retail price has been set at $59.99. It is available to buy now in North America, and will come to Europe in July.

Seems like a clumsy (External PSU) and pricey solution to me, but there you go.

Well, I buckled and ordered the UK Sin City as its the extended version with the gubbins.

The thing that swayed me was the cinexplore feature though. It's excellent on the disney films, so can't wait to see what RR has done with it.
