Howcome Edward Norton isn't back as Hulk? I thought that was the point of that reboot.

The film didn't make as much as Marvel had hoped and things quickly turned into a tussle between the studio and Norton as they blamed each other. The most likely reason is that the character isn't popular enough to support his own line of films but Marvel is intent on ignoring that possibility and is rumoured to be considering another film after Avengers. Personally I'm going to always consider the last Hulk film as canon in the Marvel Universe films as it's got very clear references to the plan they have to merge the franchises and if they start being selective about which entries count as canon it's going to become a tangled mess

Surley it has to just be rumours, even at 2 hours and half theres far too many characters and story as it is youd think, sticking more villians in it would be insane (unless they only had very minor parts in a set up for the sequel)

The avengers cartoon film is based on the ultimates comic, which this film is also based on, so thats why really.

The difference was that in the comic it was done fantasticaly, and the animated film was just crap in general. Hopefuly this will be more like the comic than the animation.
