What's everyone listening to today?

I'm listening to Puutarhatrilogia by a Finnish electropop group called Regina I got into a while back. I have all 3 of their albums. They're very good and I highly recommend them. They sing entirely in Finnish, but the foreign language aspect makes it all that more "exotic".

Passport - Doldinger Jubilee '75. Kicks off with some dodgy blues, then ascends into wazzed-out fusion nirvana, good CD.

As for the Big Pun "lightning quick wife pistol whipping", I believe vibratory mechanical devices were in operation behind the scenes during the filming of that DVD. The only things that guy could move fast were his tongue and his gullet. Good rapper, mind, but I wouldn't have liked to have been the person washing his drawers...

I've been listening to The Manic Street Preachers - 'Journal for Plague Lovers' since it turned up this morning.

Really not sure what to make of it at the moment, I get the feeling that I'm really going to like it but it's so long since I've heard new lyrics from Richey it's just a bit strange!

Today, I'm listening to two of Danger's EPs - 09/14/2007 and 09/16/2007. Some of the best electro I have ever heard. Reminds me of Kavinsky but there's a real kick to his stuff. It all sounds so perfect.

I have no idea what synths the guy uses but there is a sound in a couple of his tracks that sounds like the GB sound chip.
