When I saw Chris Cornell a couple of years ago he played Hunger Strike. At one point people thought Vedder was going to make a guest appearance, sadly it was just some bloke who had a decent voice. Cracking song though.

Started listening to Feeder - Generation Freakshow, wasn't feeling it at all and after a few tracks I went back to The Singles album for a little stroll down memory lane.
Ended up on a bit of 3 Colours Red - Pure in the end.
Ah The Sword, I will admit I have Guitar Hero to thank for introducing me to them (well a cover version) and Voivod too, got Age of Winters album after that.
Gonna have to read over past few pages and get some ideas, my music stuff is all over the shop at the moment. I totally agree with Ikobo though bout Wasting Light, even if your not a fan now listen to it, really is a cracking album.

I didn't realise Bad Boys was by Inner Circle.

Something never sat right with me with their song "Sweat (A La La La La Long)".

I always thought it was Bob Marley for some reason - it seems half of youtube does too tbh. For some reason I had an urge to listen to it when I posted, and did about 4 times before getting bored.

Also, charlesr - "the music server" sounds rather fancy, do you have all your stuff on a nas or something then?

With regards to the Foo's last album I have listened to it many times, but it's too little too late for me. White Limo gave me hope but the rest of the album was standard Foo's by numbers.

I've been trying to give Velocifero more of a chance after being disappointed with on off the back of Witching Hour. I'm appreciating the power of the rhythms a bit more now but this is still my favourite song from it- brief but almost perfectly formed.
