Ahh, that's a shame, got this yesterday and was going to listen to it later on. Still, Funeral was superb so it was always going to be a tough task to follow it up. Got The View's album to listen to as well. It must be great being a band making a debut album, nothing for people to compare it to

Last couple of days I've been watching/listening to some Japanese bands playing on the streets courtesy of someone posting vids on Youtube. Even if you don't understand the language I suggest anyone with an ear for good music to have a listen to this tune as I think it's a good mix and they play together well as a unit:

I have a horrible feeling their third album is going to be pretty AOR. I hope I am wrong.

Been listening to 'You Forget it in People' by Broken Social Scene. One of those 'Why-The-Hell-Didn't-I-Get-Something-By-Them-Before?' kind of bands.
