All done on UK telly.
Great finale, very impressed with the actors, in particular Lee Adama for piling on the pounds to make it look like he hadn't done anything for a year.
It would have been nice if they'd saved the 'one year later' bit for the next series, since it probably *would* be one year later, but then we wouldn't have had the cliffhanger obviously. Maybe they could have ended it with the nuclear explosion so we were left wondering who got killed.Comment

Having read some of the earlier comments now it's reminded me of a few things... pet peeve of mine is when elements are introduced to a story and then just brushed off and never explained (which seems to be the entire basis of Lost).
Anyway does anyone remember in the first series, Adama got handed a note telling him there were only 12 Cylon models? OK, so it was necessary for the story but where'd it come from?Comment

Just finished watching the first series last night - really enjoyed it. Will start on S2 tonight!
I was really confused for the first few episodes though - didn't realise there was a pilot before hand! Started off with the 33 minutes episode
Still haven't seen the mini-series!

Excellent news Battlestar Gallactica is in my opinion the best sci-fi show around at the moment. I just hope is doesn't take sky one ages to show the new series like they did with the second.Comment

Yeppers it sure is! I recently watched the whole 2 seasons as I never had chance to catch it on TV properly. Truly fantastic, I will be buying it on DVD and am really looking forward to the new season.Comment
