Durarara ep10 - its nice he grew some balls, it may have took 10eps but he was only in about 5 of them,

Hanamaru Kindergarten ep 8-10 - the adult humor outside the moe kiddy stuff really makes this show for me, and has had me in proper sitches laughing.

Loved that both Yamamoto sisters have the same problem when it comes to love life, both quick to see each others but haven't a clue about there own, Kusano inviting tsuchi to watch muscle videos while getting drunk and the teachers/adult general millings around after work. ep10 confession was brill, just knew how it was going to end but the lead up to the karoke and the drinking the 2nd night was pure gold.

the kiddy/moe stuff which makes up the other 70% of the show is enjoyable fluff and the original ending credits are always good.

Marine HQ assault

is perhaps the most epic confrontation I've ever seen in a manga, loved every second of it.

Luffy in mourning over Ace then getting his crew back and going after Blackbeard.

I find it amusing that Blackbeard has a godlike Devil Fruit ability but keeps getting his arse kicked by everyone but Ace

Going to be painful waiting for this on a week by week basis, will probably wait a few weeks and read a volume's worth of chapters at once rather than waiting every week for a 20pages.

Whizzing through Lovely Complex at the moment. Loving that too. It's slightly drawn out but deals with a 'friend zoned' situation well.

Anybody read Biomega? Any cop?

Currently plodding through Gantz. It's OK and got some good ideas, but seems to drop a lot of them quite quickly but really milk each of the missions.

Started skipping a few pages at a time as not much happened.

With Gantz nothing develops much until till the Buddha Mission and after it finishes i thought it was f'ing epic, until recent developments made it pretty boring for me, but you'll get a good 200 chapters of greatness before that happens.

As far as one piece goes the next arc

will be after a timeskip, i think its been said this is luffy's last adventure as a 17 yearold, we'll get him dealing with Ace's loss, the crew exploits+getting back together, and then going to merman island where war's bound to have broken out now whitebeard protection has gone, im very sure Luffy would never go soley after Blackbeard unless blackbeard chased after him, One Piece is still his major goal.

Yes! Loved it. It's quite...sparse with explaining stuff but I always found it really interesting and the art style is brilliant.

The ending may seem to come out of nowhere though.

a time skip. Would solve a bunch of problems (dealing with the Marine HQ and pirate leader being decimated) but other than aging Luffy I'm not sure it'd do much else. Unless they do something like give Cody a devil fruit and make smoker an admiral (both of which would be great).

the big reveal that Mikido was a founding member of dollars and the way it started is one of my "omg" moments that rarely happen nowerdays, when all those phones went off i was like, "huh" reveal to me whats happpppennnning . Also i really hope Seiji gets a another ass kicking.

Sora no Woto ep 11 - **** hits the fan and things go grim,

looks like we won't get to see any of these demons that brought about the worlds ruin and instead we get Arab Germans vs Swiss Japanese , don't think we'll get an actual war kicking off, i reckon it'll be called of at the last minute to save them all for season2 vs demons, or it could kickoff and have couple of the Moe girl squad end up on Fire and in pieces leading to a surivior guilt show for trumpet girl, either way im quite pumped for last couple of episode now.

Yep, agreed. Now I'm interested about how the rest of the season will go. It's meant to be 24 eps but killing it at 13 would make better sense. Then people would remember it being great.

Ah im really loving the newest episodes of kimi ni todoke, everything just makes me go ahhh. It's agony having to wait each week i want to see it all but i love the animation values that have gone into this.

This weeks episode was very sweet. So glad that this series didn't pass me by.

On another note is there any good places that the torrent links still work for keroro gunso as im tempted to start watching but the damn thing is now liscensed so i cant find the fansubbed ones. LOL damn you animesuki

Durarara!! ep 12 -

Well i was almost right, just surprised it was the stalker instead of that missing women. Still Seiji's one screwed up jackass and so is stalker girl, and Izaya coming out with is endgame plan... to start a underground war so he can get into the correct afterlife, have to say that new by any standards , loved the little rooftop montage at the end and we learn who the chatroom guys are, Headphones is Selty, Blue is Mikido and the girl Izaya.

Top stuff.

Kmi no Todoke ep24 - getting to close to the end , loved them talking together if only he'd make another direct play for her like when she tugged the back of his jacket , loved Ayani/Chiz and Ryo providing the cover and spying, there can never be enough bubbles and sparkles

And then we have crap load of last eps for the 12ep shows,

well have to say i quite enjoyed that last episode even if it didn't turn into a war and no Demon/Angel turned up to wreck sh1t up. Still i had to laugh at how overpowered the spider tank is and that massive jump and landing had me giggling. Trumpet ending the war was ok by me, it was part of the plot since the beginning and allows for sequel.

Kobato ep24 -

Not much to be said, had nice little bit of drama before the end but i wish it had explained what she was doing before she got killed and how she got killed... also abit weird that she took over a new person with her memories... even if it was her reincarnation it surely had a life of its own.

5/10 pretty average, couple of highlights fromt he rest of the Tsubasa universe.

Nodame Finale ep11 - and Nodame ends , if this is really the last animated adventure from Nodame i wouldn't be happy with the way it ended as there's plenty they could do with her relationship with Chiaki.

At least this time Chiaki was the one to bring in Nodame back to the music world and we got an all to brief montage of all the characters

. 9/10 show as always from Nodame.

Hanamaru ep12 -

Strange ass first episode set in a dream was pretty much a filler story, the second story was much better and contuined Tsuchi/Yamamoto relationship, strange he outright lied about his former feeling for his former senpai(without his a stutter or a blush compared to similar situations before) and his manning up and asking her out again i was pleased with until the usual Yamamoto misunderstanding ,

8/10 bring on a (certain)sequel but with more focus onthe adults please!

LadyXbutler ep12 - should had bloody known we'd get a cop-out ending, plenty inducing stupidness from the main guy throughout this episode, other than that it is a decent ecchi show and will get a sequel for sure. 6/10

Baka Test ep12 - great last episode but his tactic could seen coming miles off since they first beat class E,

still it was enjoyable and the cheap loss right at the end keeps the battle system plot open for next time.

All these ep 12s.. do the Spring shows start Easter weekend then?

Not sure there's much I'm looking forward to this season, Heroman and the cafe thing by the ToLoveRu guy (which hopefully won't be cancelled for 'total bitch of a wife' reasons).

Kiss x Sis is awful but worth it for lollersome "how close to hentai can they get?" scenes. Wish they'd animate superior ecchi seinen such as Yomeiro Choice or Nana to Kaoru instead.

Looks like the One Piece manga is going on a break, given how intense the last arc was, it's well deserved. Signs do indeed point to a timeskip.
