i'm really enjoying angel heart too.
it certainly does capture alot of the feel to the original City Hunter series but i do miss the mini he used to drive

Hantsuki ep4-5, loved both episodes with all characters putting developing well, heck i don't even hate that dickhead docter so much anymore,

Little bits like Akiko and Yuichi bonding bits inthe car, at his house and saving his save from the Big titted model(i was split here, 1 part of me was shouting you ****ing moron, the other Go get her son!!). the bit at the end of ep5 was great, really moving when Yuichi read the marked passaged

Angel Heart ep9-10

Nice finish to that story, pretty much finished everything off in 2 episodes so well, i can't think whats going to happen next. Ryo is the MAN!

Agreed. The series has been great throughout, just a shame it finishes with the next episode. I admit I did sympathize with the doctor but I still can't get over the fact that he basically battered Yuuichi a few episodes back. I aslo thought Yuuichi was a bit of twat for almost sleeping with that bird when Rika's up in hospital fighting for her life. Loved the bit with Zebra mask as well, especially when they're at school and the teacher recognises him so he tries to change his voice

Angel Heart eps 9&10 - they've wrapped up that little arc quite nicely.

I honestly thought that number 36 guy was going to die, but I'm glad he didn't. Loved his reaction to the news that Li was Glass Heart's dad. Would be nice if he becomes a main character in the series now. Ryo was class as ever

. No idea what they are going to do now but since the series is supposed to be about 52 episodes long, I'm guessing we're going to have either some filler next or the beginnings of the next story arc. Either way I'm looking forward to it.

REC eps 3-6 -

It's been great so far, the only episode I didn't quite like was number 4 IIRC. Episode 5 and especially 6 were class. Loved the bits were Aka was practicing the ero-game part she had to do. Also seems like she's finally realising how she feels about Matsumaru. They both said some things they didn't mean and now they're regretting it. Hopefully one of them will step up and apologize. I hope the rumours of this series getting another few seasons is true.

Mai-Otome ep23 ? lots of fan service and final bit of info we needed confirming pasts of the Nina/Arika. Also it was pretty ace to Mai again and I hope she gets into battle soon and Nina needs an ass kicking, specially going on what?s she going to be doing next episode?

Tactical Roar ep1 ? Late comer to this, none not stop fan service(if there are fans) and for such a stupid show I kind of liked it even if it is in the same league as Kagihime at least I don?t hate the characters.

4 eps of Ichigo Mashimaro to watch when I get back

Mai Otome 23 - They actually answered a fair few questions(left it really late though) and it does setup the series nicely for a big battle. Surprisingly there were a lot of plot points revealed in what I thought was going to be a fairly fanservicey episode which it wasn't really. Nice to see Mai back and it definitely seems this show is linked with Mai Hime and not just some alternatve universe version.

Tactical Roar - The first episode was alright certainly nothing that was as bad as Kagihime which is probably my worst show of the season. It's nothing spectacular but it could improve so I'll be checking out a couple more episodes. Heck I'm still watching and enjoying Law of Ueki (which had a particularly **** first episode) even though it is really an average shounen show.

Peto Peto San episode 9 is out as well. I think I'm going to wait until all the episodes are subbed(there's only 4 more left) and then have a bit of a marathon session to finish it off.

Ichigo Mashimaro, despite what I said some pages back has grown on me, not that I didn't like it in the first place(thought the first few episodes were ace). I've gotten over the fact that Miu's a total bitch and I'm enjoying the show all the more for it. Looking forward to finally finishing the series off.

watched those last few episodes of ichigo mashimaro yesterday, and i think its absolutely brilliant.
i just love the way nothing particular actually happens each episode, but its all just so nice.
and if you can get in farting in the bath jokes, then i'm all for it.

There can never, ever be enough fart jokes, heck i even laughed at the recent Bleach one(something to do with Gon), to bad that Bount(o) crap is awful and it?s already created 2 huge f'ing plot holes when it comes back to the manga story arc(them knowing Ishida powerless, and Rukria(sp?) return). It?s also licensed now so no more Lunar subs? I went to DB, but are Bleach society or Hellsub anygood?

Egro Poxey ep3 ? Not a lot of action but my fav ep so far, I really ?lol? when that robot girl put her rabbit suit on, the end was like watching the end of Empire Strikes Back (also like the new opening)

Tactical Roar ep2/3 ?

Caught up with the rest of the subbed eps, still loads of fan service and plenty of accidental boob fondling (which I still find funny, even if it is low brow), and I enjoyed the tactical sea battle. Can already see the main relationship, especially after the captain/main guy talk in ep, she only she him as Little Brother which leaves Tsubasa as the main girl, now I wonder how they?ll get him back onto the ship?

One Piece is excellent, I don?t understand how that can charge so, so much for long running series when there?s now over 403ep?s out (Raws, 180subbed by KZ, 240?ish by HK subs), and they?ve butchered it so badly to remove guns for cork firing things or Rubber Mallets. As Kaga Kara Mamoru im surprise people are still watching it, I tried getting into it but its far to will?n?grace of the anime world.

I'm mainly a shonen/seinen guy when it comes to anime and manga but I can't resist this series

I'd definitely buy it if it hit R1 which it may very well do.

Yeah I saw the torrent, I just don't have the space to download it, plus I'm currently trying to get a hold of some older stuff like H2 and Hajime no Ippo. From what I know it'll be episodes released by DVD ripping groups as it's been out on DVD for a while I believe. If you do manage to get a hold of it let me know. I'd be interested in checking out more episodes, especially as the first one I saw was pretty good.

As for Kage Kara Mamoru, I've enjoyed it so far myself. For me it's good, clean, mindless fun. Plus from what I know it's only 12 episodes long so it's not too much of a timesink. Certainly I've enjoyed it more than Tactical Roar so far and some of the other stuff that's been subbed from this season. I've had my fair share of laughs from it too. The talent contest for example and the Iga vs Kouga long running feud.

Also I thought one piece was only up to 260 episodes or something. AFAIK there's only a couple more that have been running longer such as Detective Conan which is in the 400+ episodes region.

One Piece could potentially run and run with filler etc.

The manga-ka said there's gonna be 600 chapters of the manga (I think it's a around 400 or so now) and I don't think the anime is close to catching up.

I couldn't care less though - I love One Piece!

It'll be interesting to see how long Bleach goes. After the whole Soul Society arc and the amazing fights there, the current filler seems like an anti-climax.
I'm enjoying it but really want back to the main story.

One Piece past ep400(unless the last 2 or 3 raws on TT i seen are wrong which is very possible, maybe im getting manga raw and anime raw mixed up ), and remember it has a crap load of filler after every manga arc if your thinking there not enough manga chapters to anime episodes.

That's Kyou Kara Maou isn't it? Subbed by AOne, the one with the pretty boys in it right? The guy falls through the toilet into another world where he's the demon king or something IIRC from the first episode I watched(it's been a while). 78 episodes in total I believe.

Kage Kara Mamoru is what I'd call a harem show with little if any fanservice. It's about a ninja family and their neighbours that they swore to protect. It started around the same time as other shows from this season such as Fate Stay Night, Magikano and Tactical Roar.

Looking at TT the most recent raw for one piece that I saw was ep260, which is where I got the figure from. Don't know if that's the latest episode though.

edit: As for Bleach filler, I hope to god it doesn't go on for as long as Naruto filler. It's been what almost a year of filler now which is a pretty scary thought and a new arc has just started which is hopefully the last. Although I'm reading that there maybe another 26 episodes of filler for Naruto which I don't think I could stand, especially as it has gradually gotten worse.

you'll be suprised to know that the anime of one piece is at the same story arc as the manga is (lastest chapter is 404?). The latest subbed ep from Gerusama and ADC-Heaven are both well into the water7 arc. ep260 was released by ADC-Heaven yesterday and its just got to the point where Zoro is about to face off with Captin T-bone. The quality of these relases are really good too. i prefer the gerusama subs but still get the ADC-Heaven releases cuz i'm impatient :P
