I'd say C1anime for me, i was watching Live-Evil, before they stopped.
C1anime are a little behind though, but catching up fast...

    Death Note 16 -

I'm sure like Light will have a subconscious way of
remembering where the notebook is. (Or maybe a piece of it?) The
interesting bit for me is. if Ryuuku gets bored, might find himself
another owner..? Or what Rem does now.

    ..

in the anime it hasnt happened yet.
there is a time skip coming up (4 years?), where everybody grows up a bit.
the current filler looks to end in a couple of episodes, maybe even the next one (220). then its back to the manga storyline, havent seen what your looking at, but the ps2 versions are generally manga based, with the gamecube ones sticking to the anime. maybe this one is back to the manga?

It was the nintendo Wii version of the Naruto gekitou ninja taisen EX game.

The wii version has naruto doing "that" attack. looks cool as hell from the vid i saw.

Really? I have a hundred episodes to watch then.

don't bother, the vast majority of the filler is total crap. About the only good things that happened where Hinata developing her own 'total Defense' (like Neiji and Gaara), and this last filler story which fills in a few details we didn't get in the manga after the jump, like why Ino learned Medical jitsu and how different Gaara's become to gain the trust of his Sand villiage in the post timeskip.

just watched the first two episodes of manabi straight, and it is indeed excellent. so many little clips that are so cute and charming...especially liked the visit to the hardware store, really well done with no dialogue at all.
not sure if its as good as ichigo mashimaro, but its definately a keeper imo, looking forward to more.

Manabi ep 3 - this was also a pretty good ep. I particularly enjoyed the first half of it. Second half was slightly more serious and less comedy bits but the bit with

Mikan getting all flustered from the attention of that other school's student council president was gold. The dodgeball bits in the first half were pretty funny too.

                    Busou Renkin 17-18 -

Haha. 17 was worth it just for the scene with Papillon in the "mankini" at the beach and the reaction from everyone else on the beach. Had some other great comedy moments too particularly with Gouta and Kazuki. Fights as usual were short but for the most part fairly sweet. There's probably some other stuff I'm forgetting but all in all these past few episodes have really swayed me. Had just about the right mix of action/comedy/drama. I'm enjoying it in a similar vein to stuff like the Air Gear anime and I'm even beginning to prefer it to D.gray-man. My only disappointment was that in the fight in ep 18 we didn't get a comment from Papillon about the dude being completely naked after regenerating his whole body. Seemed like a perfect setup for a comedy moment right then and there.

D.gray-man ep 17 - Not too bad all things considered. Nice conclusion to this little arc I thought. The last few scenes in particular I thought were really well done and fairly depressing. I'm hoping we get to a big main arc though. at the moment it seems to be little bits here and there in the midst of small stories like with Miranda and this recent one.

Nodame eps 3-4 - Absolutely love this show. One of the first shows in a while that I've wanted to watch an ep as soon as it's subbed. Just hits all the right spots for me and is matching my expectations prior to it airing. The new characters introduced in episodes 3 and 4 are great additions IMO.

Masumi-chan in ep 3 had some great moments. I think I'm starting to like some of these outrageously camp characters. The whole rivalry with Nodame over Chiaki was class. Particularly how they both had that competition to get him on a Christmas date. Also enjoyed the bit where Nodame couldn't promise that she wouldn't steal food from her friend again in the future.

Stresemann in ep 4 was great too. My favourite moment had to be where he pulled out the wrong photos for his selection of students on his course. The way Chiaki managed to get Nodame to stay was quite funny too. I love the way she instantly perks up whenever food is mentioned.

                    Good stuff

Wargh, been away so long but been keeping up with the shows, I've burnt a few to DVD to post to a friend, hopefully she'll beg me for a second volume of Death Note.

Now my theory on Episode 16 is

Light has figured out a way to get Rem to give him back the 2nd Death Note. After he gave it up he noted that he could still remember Rem while he had the 1st book so if he gets the 2nd back it's likely his memories will come back as well. Rem is more likely to do favours for a human than Ryuk so that's why he's getting that one, he might have promised to look after whatsername the model or something to keep Rem happy. That'd also be why he said farewell to Ryuk at the end of episode 15; because he's no longer going to use his book. Be a shame to see no more Ryuk though, Rem is rubbish in comparison.

I absolutely agree that this series is like waiting for the next episode of 24 too I don't usually have theories anymore, I just eagerly await what the hell's coming next! I was especially suprised a few episodes back to see

the 2nd Kira's plan of finding Light win over his usually full proof preventative measures, that was excellent.

Been watching a lot of Ouran High School Host Club since I had all of it and had only watched a few of them. It grows on you a lot when you get used to the characters and becomes less shallow than it first appears. It's especially good when you meet Haruhi's Dad

As for other series, I've just downloaded episodes 33 and 34 of Nana which I need to watch, Bokura Ga Ita which I know nothing about but it gets mentioned here, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni which I think I just picked on a whim of browsing genres on animesuki, the first episode of Mushishi, second series of Honey and Clover.

Still keeping up to date with Soukou no Strain, I'd been feeling a bit disappointed that everything was starting to go too well but no! Excellent, but I can't believe that

none of the higher ups where Sara is based knew of her name change. Surely it's hard to change your name without the military finding out who you are? I assumed she had permission to change due to the circumstances.

I had the first 4 episodes of Ergo Proxy a while back and really liked it, it's licensed though so I'll leave the rest alone. I'd buy it but I'm not sure if it's going to be a keeper once you've seen it once.

I was renting out Boogiepop Phantom while I was a member of LoveFilm but wasn't keen at all. Didn't like the art style; the characters all looked far too similar and none of the storylines made me interested in seeing the end. It's a shame cos I thought it was a popular one.

Nodame Cantabile really is hitting the spot for me, top quality comedy and everytime they introduce new characters they fit in perfectly. They've done 3 and 4 in pretty quick succession so I'm waiting in anticipation for 5, hopefully soon.

Saw that Tokyo something or other first episode, very random but it looks good so I'm hopeful it will make more sense after a couple more episodes. No-one seems to have subbed episode 2 so far though, so I hope someone is continuing with this one.

I really am struggling to wait for Animanda's Death Note 17, I see another group has released Ep17 but I've managed to hold off it for now, just because I don't want to get out of the routine and have to wait extra long for the next episode.

Finally, although I know its older now, I've just watched the first couple of episodes of Samurai Champloo and must say I do find this excellent, it looks great and the sound and music is top notch, interested to find out the reasoning behind searching for the sunflower smelling Samurai in upcoming episodes.

                          Soukou no Strain -

she took on the identity of one of the dead cadets from the training place i think, with her real identity considered KIA from the attack by her brother.

Catching up with Sargert Keroro and Good Witch of the West(now all 13eps are out) myself.

Are the black order subs decent for D.grayman? as i been waiting on shinsen's.

                          Comment

Yes, they are IMO. I switched over a long time ago and have not looked back since. Been fairly impressed with what I've seen that I can judge with regards to the subs. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the groups doing D gray man at the moment with perhaps the frequency of the releases being the main thing.

That reminds me I must finish off Good Witch soon. I think I had the last three episodes to go. Oh and let us know if you need any more Keroro eps. I have acquired the most recent ones (ep 82 was the last one I believe) plus I have the movie that was subbed a while back. Should really get round to watching them again got loads of those to catch up on

Good Witch of the West 5-13ep - finally finished... enjoyable little show which went somewhere completely different storywise to what i expected from the first couple of episodes which ran very close to the very good Scrapped Princess.

Liked it for once that the childhood friend won out in the relationship triangle, story pretty much explained everyting but the reason why the daylight sun extists, the bard and magic/technology co exitisting.

Bleach 114ep - Nice animation, feels like ages since bleach was well animated, Ulquiorra is just a plain badass in animated form and Yammy's stupidness and fighting was fun to watch.

Shame they cut some of the gore out of the fight as it lost some it was shock/cool moments, Ichigos beating doesn't look half as bad as the manga's, Chad left arm should have be blown off and Inoue suppose to be a bloody mess down her right side from the smack off Yammy. And Urahara was as cool as ever and even though i knewn the surprise at the end it didn't fail to put a smile on my face.

Nice to see Bleach return to form... now Naruto's turn.

Code Geass ep16 - top stuff as always, best show at the moment(yes as good as Death Note i reckon) although i do question how Suzaku did all them kung fu matrix moments.. i was actually laughing at points. If he's that good he doesn't need a mecha to mash people up...

From what i read about the future arc's in D.grayman things are about to get darker with plenty of death, don't read wiki's entry on the characters list full of spoilers lol. Also im ok for keroro i've been downloading very episode even thought im like 40ep's behind

Am i the only one who seems to like the naruto filler episodes (^_^) I love watching the characters grow. Sure its nice to get back to the main story but to be honest watching sasuke mope about did my head in, hope naruto kicks his whiny sulking ass next time they meet up.

As for rozen maiden just gotten into it & i love it, the story is very different to anything else i have watched. First series was quite cheerful but by series 2 my god it gets depressing definately not one to watch when your down. Never seen so many characters die in one series.

Oh & does anyone know who sings that incredible opening song in Naruto from Ep 203 i must find the mp3 if it kills me (^_^)
