Age kept trying to fight that other Nodos with turning into Bellcross, aside from the obvious reason of not wanting to cause complete devestation which happened anyways

i've got the Junai subbed movie and i've just downloaded all 973mg of the roah version for it to be in Japanese

annoying thing is there wasnt any raw in the title, on 2 meg broadband that took 8 hours

Naruto Movie 3 - Best of the 3, but takes forever to get going. Very boring kiddy crap setting up the moral of the story(the usual nakama/promise stuff) but certainly kicks it to overdrive when the fights do happen. Loved it when Naruto went all Kyuubi complete with new shooosh sounding speed effect(much like the flash step noise bleach vancar make), cue to a kickass fight from Rock Lee(uses weapons this time) and Sakura showing off her future strength made for good ending half.


Watched a few more new shows

AIKA R-16 ep1 - i have heard this was gonna being a fan serviced packed show but, my gosh! a panty shot every 10 seconds and titty flashing at least once every 3-4 minutes. Story has something do with waterworld style world but with technology, i think all i can remember is the pants.

Seto No Hanayome ep1-3 - another romance comedy but stand out due to its stupid plot which some how just has me laughing all the way through, i can't get enough of the Masa running joke. Great Opening credits to.

From the Opening the credits i thought i was watching Bokura ga Ita clone, but the art it quite different and well done to express the characters emotions and premise of Tall girl/short boy trying to find love by helping each other really works so well its at he top of my comedy watches this season.

Watching way to much now.... think im gonna drop Sola, ShiningXTears, Kaze no Stigma and Kami-chama Karin. So far been they've been pretty mediocre.

Lovely Complex ep1 - High school romace comedy. From the Opening the credits i thought i was watching Bokura ga Ita clone, but the art it quite different and well done to express the characters emotions and premise of Tall girl/short boy trying to find love by helping each other really works so well its at he top of my comedy watches this season.

I watched this tonight and was mildly entertained by it. It's obviously girls manga and a bit juvenile, but I'll try a few more episodes.

I've yet to see any anime romcoms which come anywhere near the level of Maison Ikkoku... Truly a masterpiece.

Pretty much agreed with most of Tobal's views although I've not seen Aika or enough of Sola, Kamichama Karin and Shining Tears X to make my mind up on them yet. Personally Kaze no Stigma has been quite enjoyable for me although yeah agreed it isn't going to set the world alight and is quite run of the mill. For me the interactions between kazuma and ayano make the show. If anything I think the show is quite a nice replacement for Busou Renkin. It's in a similar mould where I enjoy it but it's not particularly special IMO (at least that's the outlook after 4 episodes and I did start to enjoy Busou alot more later on in the show). We'll see how it goes I guess but 4 episodes in and it's been enjoyable stuff. She can be a bit annoying but it's funny seeing him purposefully teasing her.

I'm also surprised the stuff with his father was over so quickly I sort of expected that to drag on for a bit.

I don't recall seeing it mentioned here before, but Moonlight Mile appears to be one of this season's best shows. If you like space conquest stories with present-day/near-future technology (as in, rockets, space shuttles and the ISS) and a dose of politics, go for it.

Moonlight Mile is pretty good, characters are well ugly and there bit to much BALLS OF STEEL MACHOMEN going on for my liking. At the moment i think there just setting us up for the fighting on the moon as shown in ep1 intro, its pretty clear the USA is up to some high jinx with their shadow projects so i expect a USA vs ISS conflict for resources with Lostman and Goro on opposite sides... well maybe.

I watched a really wonderful anime movie tonight, the best I've seen in a good while. It's a fansub of a 2006 Madhouse production called 'Toki wo Kakeru Shoujo' (the girl who leapt through time).

I could sum it up as Groundhog Day as done by Studio Ghibli. Basically a time travel movie with a really touching story and top of the line animation and music. Highly, highly recommended.

Yep. I've heard very good stuff about it. It's been getting some very good reviews everywhere I've looked. I've already got it, I just need to find the time to watch it in one sitting preferably. I guess I'll do that after my exams.

Seto No Hanayome ep 2- the running joke with masa made me laugh out loud. As stupid as it seems I can't stop laughing at it. Decent episode all round. I guess I'll be sticking with this as one of my brainless/light fluff shows for the season. The opening song is quite catchy too.
