If you can't money back through Paypal, then as long as the seller had good enough f/b before you bought then you should be able to get ?105 back through eBay's buyer protection scheme.

Alternatively, only if you are willing to risk losing your Paypal account and you made the payment from a credit card, you can get your credit card company to refund you the money.

          Contacting Paypal

Maybe its me,probably is..I need to contact paypal, so i click on contact us link and, i don't see a further option, is it me? Thanks.

It's not you. They don't want you contacting them, because when you do actually manage to find a way (its very convoluted) - they dont actually do anything anyway. They're the biggest bunch of hosers I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.

That said, they do send you a survey form after they've totally ignored your problem, where you can tell them that they're the aforementioned biggest bunch of hosers.

The only way I ever found to contact them was from complaining about an eBay auction - starting a complaints process etc...

i would not bother, paypal are scum, unhelpful money grabbers, ive spoken to them on the phone and even the head office managers, all liars and unhelpful, they admitted to me on the phone that they were wrong and their system was flawed but still refuse to help people, lost about £700 thanks to them and no way of getting this back without going to court.

We wanted to let you know that from next week, items listed in certain categories on eBay.co.uk will need to offer PayPal as a payment option or as the sole payment method.

We are doing this as part of our ongoing efforts to reduce fraud and protect buyers and sellers in the eBay community.

PayPal will need to be offered as a payment option on listings in the following categories:

                            Video Games
                            Health & Beauty
PayPal will need to be the only payment method on sales in the following category:

                            Video Games: Consoles
If you would like to sell in the categories affected, please sign up for a PayPal account if you do not already have one.

We appreciate your continuing support in helping to keep eBay a great place to buy and sell.

Just had one of my import game listings pulled for promoting boot dics

Apart form being frustrating I take that it wont negativley affect my feedback in any way?

It won't be affected at all.

I had the same thing selling a Gamecube import a while back. Thought I'd be helpful and warn bidders that it'd only work on a Japanese GC unless you used a Freeloader....did point out that you could legally buy it from HMV but they never bothered to respond

I think they may have some kind of '3 strikes and your out' policy behind the scenes but I'm not 100% certain.
