I've had only 1 thing go missing within the UK out of 2000 transactions so it's fairly rare that things go missing. I state that unless recorded delivery is taken then it's in the buyers hands if an item goes missing.

But even if you state that, and something does go wrong, and the buyer files a claim, your still liable to cover the buyers loss. I know it sounds stupid, but thats how paypal is.

and about that secret of mana, were the wrappers on game like they are now, i.e cigarette style with a name round the opening strip?
I definitely remember buying a few SNES games that had the opening strip on, although they may have done it differently for NTSC-U games. Sealed or not, that price is madness.

                          Dodgy PayPal emails

I got an email today purportedly from PayPal asking me to log in and lift some restrictions on my account - however there was a little yellow message from Hotmail at the top warning that the sender's email couldn't be confirmed. Instead of logging in through the link provided with the email I had a look at my account the long way round, and there didn't appear to be any problems, so I'm assuming this was an attempt to get hold of my password for fraudulent purposes. Also the email began "Dear Sir" when every other email I've ever received form PayPal has used my username to address me. I've forwarded it on to the PayPal security centre, but be on your guard!

Yeah i've had a few of these, and it's always best to forward them to paypal security.
