I've had two emails from "PayPal" telling me that new email addresses have been added to my account, and if they aren't supposed to be then I should click on the link they've provided and log in to change it. I didn't trust the first one I got, so I pulled up PayPal on my own in another browser to check, and there wasn't a new email address there. When I got the second one, I checked again, and still nothing. Luckily, since I didn't use the link that was put in the email, they never got my login credentials. ****ing assholes.

Get yourselves the ebay toolbar, it'll automatically tell you if you're entering ebay or paypal details into spoof emails or websites.

Spammers are definately getting more sophisticated, especially with Paypal e-mails. I nearly fell for one a few weeks ago.

Yeh I've had a good number of them before. Gotta be really careful with them.

I always just go to paypal.com and check it myself to make sure.

Forward the mails to [email protected] asking if the e-mails are legit and you will be answered.

I moved email & stupid spammers didnt have a clue, when replying to questions on ebay try withholding your email address, even for legit purposes.

Anyone actually tried these (with fake/way off details obviously) and know what happens once you log on?
