Go round and smah his telly up, and then insist that it's still in very good condition, it's just used now

just seen the feedback jeimuzu, will be avoiding him at all costs.
think I'll leave neutral feedback as the pic does show the scratches/cuts (just... but they're alot worse in person)
and the other 2 were good condition (not great though)
The idiot wanted £3.00 per game, The price of recorded delivery for the 3 was £2.54! I know people charge over for games, but when you buy more than 1 it becomes stupidly high.

I should have seen it coming from a mile off though, the stuff I bought from him were the only games that didn't have Paypal as a payment option yet the rest of his auctions did.

To add insult to injury I also realised that he actually bought some games from me the month before....and paid by paypal. (yet when were exchanging friendlies he said he doesn't have a paypal account)

going by the message he sent me, he's either a complete idiot or doesn't know english very well but I'm definately avoiding him from now on.

can feedback be changed after you've left it?

No it can't.....you can "retract" it so the numbers don't count for totting up purposes but both parties have to agree to it.

If you're worried about the feedback he's already left you then don't, He can't change it.

This is so cool, if only I lived in Canada.

Okay I need some info on the following situation:

I sold my 360 on eBay last wk to a zero feedback bidder. He paid by Paypal using an echeque, so the amount is pending at the moment & is uncleared. The day after he sent the echeque he sent me a message asking if I'd received the payment & if so when was the 360 gonna be posted (he sounded like he wanted it asap).
I explained to him that it would be posted as soon as the echeque cleared & I'd let him know when.

What I want to know is can he cancel the eCheque if he cant be arsed to wait for it to clear, & when an eCheque has cleared can it be reversed back (after he's heard that I've posted it)?
I'm asking these Q's because I'm a bit worried this may go tits up on me.

I don't think they can be cancelled, as I had a buyer once who tried to cancel his so he could pay by a quicker method, but he couldnt find a way to.

eCheques are a pain in the ass tho, in my experience they take an age to clear, and never clear on the date predicted by Paypal.

                      Yeah tell me about it!
It states at the bottom of the invoice that eCheques take 3-4 working days to clear, but the buyer paid by Paypal on Thursday last week & it states at the top of the PP invoice that its due to clear on the 29th of October.

                      WTF?

Just a random question here. Im about to post my new sony erricson on ebay. Ive been snoopin aroind to check prices and such, but realized that all if not most of the phone auctions seem to be private. Is there a reason for this or is it just me? Should i be wary before listing my phone??

Edit: Im not sure if they are provate of not but the bidders names are kept private anyway.

In my experience they take 7-10 days to clear, hate 'em.

So about 2 months ago I sold a laptop on eBay and got payment via Paypal. Shipped the laptop out and its been received. Since then I've not heard anything. No feedback and he's not replying to my emails asking if everything is fine.

Why am I starting to get worried? Should I be?

Not especially, most of my buyers don't contact me to confirm they've received goods.

I also rarely reply when people contact me and ask me to leave feedback.

Did u mean 7-10 working days? Its been 11 days since he paid by eCheque & it aint cleared.
Could it 'bounce' or do i just have to wait a bit longer?
