He was very erratic behind the safety car, in particular at the first stint, Alonso almost went into the back of him more than once.

He's not winning many fans amongst his fellow drivers is he - Schumacher like

He was awful at the first restart.

Brundle was almost about to say something - kind of started a rant but stopped himself. He did say he over-did it later on, though.

Very dirty driving. I've become anti Hamilton as the season's gone on. Loved it at first but he is just too big for his boots at the moment, saying he will be aggressive etc and pulling stunts like that. It was dangerous, pure and simple.

And a -10 on his points would heat the championship right back up

Oh well the freedom plice at F1 have removed the videos from Youtube so didnt get to see it.

I think Hamilton said he was gonna play hard was as a result of being smeared across the road by Alonso, at the end of the day talks cheap and actions speak louder than words so far IMHO Hamilton has talked tough but really hasn't pulled any dirty tricks out while Alonso has been caught a couple of times.

I for one hope Alonso leaves what a ridiculous state of affarirs that he and Denis dont speak totally unaccapetable and cant good for the team or any of the drivers

The supposed 'new evidence' of a fan-made video is there.

Looks like a load of rubbish to me, Hamilton is well out of the way and Webber clearly doesn't slow down that much, Vettel just runs straight into the back of him.

In general, I like the fact Hamilton is aggressive, makes the racing more exciting. We have yet to see him purposely crash into someone to take both of them out, so lets leave the Schumacher comparisons for now.

And he's yet to win seven world titles

He started it with his comments about FA and Mclaren prior to the race. I hope they penalise him. That might bring him back down to earth a bit. I am biased of course but hey.....

I'll be very surprised if Lewis is found guilty of 'erratic driving' because, as the video showss, he was nowhere near Webber when he braked immediately before Vettel ran in to him. In a funny way I feel it serves Webber right as I ditinctly remember thinking to myself during the second safety car session that he was driving to close to Lewis, pushing him on with nowhere to go, and could sense an accident was imminent. I think Webber was a little too eager for his first race win and probably thought to himself, with Alonso out, Lewis, if pushed, might settle for second rather than risk a scrap for first and possible accident.

That video isn't showing Hamilton doing anything wrong - He's no where near Webber.

However, Hamilton was brake testing folk on numerous occasions before this and as someone quite rightly pointed out, Brundle was about to go into a rant about it on the first restart before James Allen butted in with build up to the start.

He is a very aggressive driver, and it is only a matter of time until the collisons start to happen.

Decision if Hamilton is to be punished will be announced today.

Kimi fastest in both practice sessions - just, Alonso is hot on his tail

Did anyone actually get up to watch last weekends race live ? would have been gutted to get up that early and watch the first 45 minutes of "racing" behind the safety car.

I did! Nearly fell straight back to sleep, but it was worth it once they got underway.

I happened to wake up early so got up to watch 20 or so laps behind the safety car!

I watched it live. He caused that accident. I thought the rules where you couldnt drop more than 5 car lengths behind under pace car when its flashing lights, your not allowed to intentionally bunch the pack up in a dangerous situation (ie heavy rain) and of course the one that caused the accident overtake. Your also not allowed to brake test either. The pillock ranted before the race near enough that he would take Alonso out and start driving more aggressive. I could understand being defensive etc.. on a clear day but this is under pace car in severe rain where the visability is tiny and cars aquaplane. Webber had to slam on because of him and of course the bloke behind (because he was playing by the rules and not leaving a massive gap) with that amount of rain was done for. He also took a massive wide angle on the track away from everyone elses line to slow down obviously to make it harder for Webber to not overtake him and get a penalty when he brake tested like this.

I dont think he should get any points for what he did, he needs telling by somebody you can keep doing this or he or someone else will end up in a ball of fire or in a grandstand full of people. I mean Sunday it was under pace cars from the start for many many laps so to pull this off isnt ruthless driving its blumming dangerous. Oh and the Schummy comments (I hated him first two seasons then just grew to like him) he was very ruthless in his early days also but at least he would never gob off about it before and after a race what he would intentionally do, he would say racing incident thats it, Hamilton seems to think its ok to say he will take someone out, hes just too cocky and I think he thinks he is untouchable because he didnt get kicked out of the championship (with Alsonso) for being the saviour of GP and Britains role in it etc... he want to be lucky they whole team didnt get kicked out!
