Just started toning up started just overa week ago, i didnt consider myself overweight just would rather tone up a bit and get a six pack also. Ive got the exersize plan perfect for me i feel, i go for a 4-5 mile run every single evening about 9-10 at night then do 10 minutes of polarties and crunchs for my abs. I feel i need a diet plan but dont know what to eat, i dont mind how much/ little i eat as i dont suffer from hunger very much. If someone could recomend a good plan daily/weekly whatever or some good meals all help would be much appriciated, im 17 also if that helps
