One from me today. I like this one. Its very, errr, sweet.

And here's one of them up close.

In other heart warming news. I was sent a mail last night by a flickr user telling me how much they liked my photos. It fair warmed the creative cockles of my cold black heart.

          Cute!

I had a crappy online news agency contact me for use of one my flickr pictures (no payment). Told them no!

This was just some dude. It was kinda gratifying as I've worked my butt off for the last two weeks on my photography - really put a lot of effort and time into it so it was great to get some feedback like that.

The Lemurs were really cute. I took them at Whipsnade Animal Park. They've got some "In With The Lemurs" thing on where you basically walk through there pen. Its ace. They're pretty friendly and very very funny. As were the penguins. Lemurs and penguins are just comedy gold . Though as my mate said: "what are you? 5 or something?".

Ill mostly be using it for pictures of my nipper (when he arrives) and said nipper in various locations.

I would read the thread from page 1 but he'll have left home by the time I catch up with this many pages.

Nah, just Photoshop. I can't fit any filter to the front of the fisheye

Funnily enough I was just looking at the photos at RLLMUK...you had some great shots in there.

So, after saying it would never happen I think I am going to buy a DSLR. Even more shocking (to me) is that it won't be Canon. I have used a 5D quite a bit and really liked it but having used the Nikon D200 the last few days I am really tempted. If I purchase it I will grab the 18-200 VR as it seems crazy not to.

But are there any other recommendations? I'm particularly after a good fast prime 35 or 50mm.

                          Nice shot.

Well done with rllm, which shot won? I was going to vote for the bike but every time I tried the database crashed!
