Winky - Good stuff. That first one is cracking. Lovely colours, and great composition.
Richie - Welcome to the thread - I like those, especially the second, you've framed that very nicely.
A couple from the last few days..
and one from last year that I never processed - found it last night, and was surprised to spot the random, hidden apes !! (might need to view large to see them properly)

Vey nice shots everyone. I think it's easy to tell that the summer has arrived, what with everyones outside/sunset/sky/mototrsport pictures in here.
Pete, I'm going to Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2 weeks, what lens did you take to Silverstone for them pictures, 300mm? I was thinking of renting a 300mm for my Sony a200, as I've only recently brought my camera as you all know, and don't really want to spend another £200 on a lense so quickly. Does anyone recommend any good places where you can rent lenses in the UK?
I did have a look at the old 300mm Minolta lenses as I thought they would be cheaper, but most of them seem to be selling for the same price as the modern Sony lenses. I guess everyone knows all the old Minolta lenses work with all the Sony cameras and bumped the prices up.Last edited by Malc; 22-06-2009, 09:44.

Never used them myself, but lensesforhire get mentioned on talkphotography a fair bit - worth a look..
EDIT - Scrap that, looks like they don't hire Sony/Minolta lenses - sorry...Last edited by Garf; 22-06-2009, 12:08.

My first contribution to this thread! Took over 700 pics over the three days, losing the will to live going through them all!
A few more here if anyone's interested - http://www.flickr.com/photos/mr_skin...7620233688884/
