Barclays are doing this thing now where if you use online banking and want to set up a transfer to a new person you've not sent cash to before, you have to use a pin-sentry cardreader plugged into your PC. Sounds good to me, so I'm awaiting my reader, but it never turns up. Turns out they sent it to my parent's old address that a) they don't live at any more and b) I've not lived at for 15 years!!!! How on earth did that happen? Nothing else has ever been sent there from barclays to me. Crazy stuff.
