Im having some late 20's crisis and have been thinking about bleaching my hair, has anyone any pointers or can seriously recomend against it?

Bleached hair. Been there done that. Was about ten years ago, wouldn't do it again. In fact going the virtually shaven head route tonight, clippers with no size guide on then razor if/when required. I seem to be getting greyer by the day, that's what marriage does for ya kids !

Well my knee has sollen up nicely and is emitting all sorts of gunk from my wound. Went back to the hospital and everything seems ok though.

Could really do without the time off work though. May ring up tomorrow if I'm feeling better and see if they have any 'sit down' jobs I can do.

Not signed off as I'm still only agency. Would have been taken on by now as I started in November, but a new rule they brought in states you have to do 12 months agency probation, then 12 months on the books probation. It's kinda ass but the money is fantastic for what I actually do.

I'm in my mid twenties (does 24 count as mid twenties?) and have bleached spiky hair.

I like it and it looks pretty decent on me. Go for it!

Baseley - don't do it.

I got sent home from school aged 15 for turning up with bleach peroxide hair. There is a picture in existence of me at the time wearing a sky blue Manics t-shirt, bleach hair with black bumfluff and eyeliner. To look at me now you wouldn't believe it. This was back in the day when I had loads of hair, it was pretty radical and could see why they sent me home in hindsight. Had to then go round my nans and she dyed it jet black using this proper hairdressers dye stuff - lol
