Can dog whistles be heard through walls? I am trying to discipline next door's dog... seeing as they can't be bothered. It barks day and night, and woke our baby several times last night, so enough is enough. It's war.

Bit of a tough one.

I've got a similar issue where when my next-door-but-one puts her dog out it constantly barks for no reason.

It's possibly deaf/insane. It's an Alsation that never gets walked.

We bought a Mega Sonic Woof Woof! (stupid name) because it has a mic that picks up the barking and sends out a shrill alarm. Eventually the dog learns to stop barking as it associates it with the noise.

It's worked a bit, but I think this dog's a bit of a lost cause. we've bought another one for the neighbour between us so he can mount it a lot lower down and nearer the dog.

If you're on good terms with your neighbour, you could ask them to get a training collar or the like.

If they're anything like mine though, they'll tell you to "p*ss off" when you politely ask them to bring their dog in...

Fecking BT, what a bunch of knob jockeys! Apparently I'm in some verbal agreement with them in an unlimited Evenings and Weekends Calls plan and cannot switch to the more expensive anytime unlimited plan (for when wifey goes on maternity leave soon) so are stuck with this bull**** for the next 6 months. You'd think they'd jump at the chance to get more cash out of us but no - c*nts!

Every month we pay the bill to pipex and every month they send us a letter saying they've not received payment on time, then you have to phone them on a premium number to prove you have infact paid on time, they've often provided us with a £10 off our next bill, and then you'll get a late payment letter through after . The final straw was them cutting off our outgoing calls, my bird going to the bank to get proof the money was paid in/came out, and its still cut off as of now. The only way we can contact them is via their premium number on a mobile. We are going to change as soon as possible, just making sure we don't get a bad credit rating because of supposed late payment problems.

Well, she will seeing as she isn't leaving on the day that the baby arrives , she's leaving about 6 weeks before the due date! And I know that the due date isn't exact!

It still pisses me off that BT are being so obtuse.....gits!

I had this recently and it was a total feck around as I have no land line phone for them to confirm me on. Luckily I realised I could still use pretty much all paypal functions until resolved.
