Yes, its basically a clip from a Japanese tv show in which they stick sollotape to a cat in certain places, which forces the cat to walk like a crab or in a stealth like crawl. Not quite sure how it works, does the cat just assume it is up against something?

arr............ poor cat! before i clicked on it i had visions of the cat freakin out, lol. Must kill the poor cat to have that sticky tape pulled off its fur, ouch!
