Mystery missed Royal mail card arrived today. There is only one ordered thing that hasn't arrived and I don't think they've even started molding the extra batch yet.

We'll see on Weds when the sorting office re-opens.

I got back tonight and found a card from Royal Mail on the doorstep. It was really blue and festive. How lovely.

The postie had scribbled on the 'wait xxx before collecting' section, 24 HOURS.

So I'll be popping along to Leadgate depot tommorow morning then to pick it up.

Mine had Weds written on it. Didn't RM start opening some sorting offices till late in the night earlier this year? It would be nice if it was rolled out nationwide .

I bought something from Amazon yesterday with express delivery and was told it would be here on Thursday.

Does anyone know if Amazon always use City Link for their prime service?

I can't find a definite answer and I want to yell down the phone at someone until my Scott Pilgrim blu ray appears in my hands.

EDIT: Grrr... City Link won't answer the phone and now Amazon have told me that it was dispatched via Royal Mail which doesn't sound very 'one day delivery' to me.

This is the third Amazon Prime package recently that hasn't turned up when expected.
