Also, today we received a Happy New Year card from the people that we bought this house from. That's kind of a weird thing to do, isn't it? It was a year and a half ago they moved out and they didn't do this last year. They've put their address and phone number inside the card, somewhat expectantly. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
