I hope it doesn't. I get away without paying for a TV license because I never watch the ****. I'd hate to have to pay for a TV license just because I 'could' access the BBC website if I wanted.

EDIT: seems I must have my region set to USA or something, as only get them while at work. Bizarre, not touched anything.
