Why is Catch Up Tv on itv.com so crap ? trying to watch a show on a 10mb line and every ten seconds or so it buffering/going blank. Very poor showing. Assume it's the same for everyone - it's not even a show that was on today so don't expect the demand to be that high. Moan over.

Just sorted out my internets. Set up with the wireless router I was selling in my sales thread. I think my Netgear one has died. This one works great though, very fast.
Cottage pie was off the hook by the way. Kieran threatened to make something even better then send a photo but bitched out on me.
Tonight Kerry is dropping off a roast dinner to my door. Apparently she has even put a little bit of horseradish sauce in a pot to go with it.
Have got a perforated eardrum, mind. Been up the walk in centre this morning and had to spend the last of my money (until my landlady refunds me the ?600 she owes me) on prescriptions. Am in agony but at least I have got the internets.Comment

That is easy though, all you need to do is put it in the oven. I had to make the cottage pie in four stages, because I only have one cooking pot at the moment. That means I had to cook the mince, set it aside, make the stock, part boil the vegetables AND boil the potatoes all seperately. Then I realised I had no potato masher thing, so ended up having to make the mash in a food processor. Oh and I had no knife sharpener either so the knives I used were blunt so technically I put my health on the line as well.Comment

Slighty more complicated than that old bean. I had to make the spice mixture that the lamb was coated in. I am also serving it with spiced roast carrots and mash.
For pudding I have Plum and Apple Crumble. Although I have to admit our lass has made that.
Anyway, expect a photo sent to you in about 20 mins, The lamb is resting as I type this.Comment
