Oh, here's another irk.
Typing www.Sega.COM or www.gamespot.COM and getting redirected to a UK version of a site that I didn't ask for. It's the WORLD wide web, if I want the UK version I'll ask for it.

What irks me even more is when I search on Google, get a link for Gamespot I want to read and then get redirected to a general mobile version of their main page because I'm on my iPod Touch, with no way of finding the page I actually wanted to see.

Someone mentioned uncontrolled children. I'm currently waiting for a bus home from the centre of town and there's some little chav (about 7, probably called Tyson or somesuch) climbing a tree and pulling off the smaller branches and throwing them on the ground!

The mother is seemingly oblivious to this as she's busy chain smoking over her baby girl who, I kid you not, is called Chantelle!

On the subject of google, if you look up "monster hunter 3 review" you get a whole page of big sites like IGN and gamespot that have a page that says "best resource for monster hunter 3 reviews etc etc" but have absolutely nothing useful on them. Whereas our actual review is on page 2.....

Blu-rays that have DVD region codes on them.

Just bought Fringe, Warner Bros Blu-ray so region free. If it was locked it would be A, B or C. Not 1 - 6!

Sort of related to the blu ray menu one: adverts that give away too much. The advert Sky One had for the final episode of season 5 of House featured all but one of the major plot points of the episode!
