The obsession that the government (and thus, people) have with underage drinking. Maybe it's just my own personal experience from working night shift in Asda and having to deal with the kick-out period when the pub closes over the road, but in my experience, the worst drunks are aged 30+. The kids normally just come in for something to eat and a bit of a chat.

The government is obsessed with a largely non-existant problem, imo.
